Usage tips for your EcoTrail kit

Before going outdoors:

1. Apply SPF 30 sunscreen to all sun-exposed areas, ideally 15 minutes before exposure. Knead the tube well before use and spread small dots until the texture becomes colorless.
2. Spray insect repellent on exposed skin and clothing, holding the bottle 15-20 cm away. Avoid face (spray into hands first then apply). Let dry for a few moments.

During your outdoor activities:

1. Reapply sunscreen every hour, after swimming, heavy perspiration or towel drying
2. Renew repellent application every 6 hours maximum or after swimming/perspiration
3. In case of insect bite or sting, immediately apply after-bite roll-on gel to the affected area. Repeat if necessary

After your activities:

1. Clean your body and hair with 2-in-1 lemon eucalyptus shower gel & shampoo
2. Brush your teeth with solid toothpaste: chew 1 tablet until paste forms, brush for 2 minutes, spit and rinse
3. The shower gel is biodegradable and can be used directly in nature (lake, river, outdoor shower) respecting good practices (minimum distance from water sources)

Important notes:

• Do not use repellent on irritated or damaged skin
• Avoid sun exposure between 12pm and 4pm, even with protection
• Repellent spray can be used on clothing for reinforced protection
• Solid toothpaste stores in its metal tin away from humidity (40 days of use)
