COLISSIMO POINT WITHDRAWAL

With Colissimo Point Retrait, you have a choice of several pick-up locations to retrieve your package

- At the Post Office, you can choose the place where you want to be delivered (without prior passage of your bill at home) among the 9,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France. Once the parcel is prepared by us, it will be delivered within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

- in Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 retailers of the Pickup network, near your home, your workplace or your vacations, from which you want to be delivered. Once the parcel is prepared by our care, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

- In a Pickup Station, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pickup lockers to have your parcel delivered. Located on your route (train station, subway, parking lot, shopping malls...) they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except for lockers subject to the schedules of shopping malls and transport areas). Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your parcel by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to withdraw your package during 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us. Please note: If the locker does not have a locker available when your package arrives, it will be sent to one of the nearest relay points.

COLISSIMO HOME AGAINST SIGNATURE

Once the package is prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and signed for. If you are absent, a notice of passage will be deposited allowing you to choose on Internet a new date of delivery within 6 working days or to recover your parcel as of the following day 15h in the post office of your choice. If you do not choose a delivery date, you will be able to pick up your parcel at your local post .office within 15 days.

PREPARATION AND TRANSPORT OF PARCELS

Shipping fees include packaging (recycled or new), handling and postage. A particular care is brought to each parcel in order to bring you all the expected satisfaction. If a problem occurs, any complaint must be made in writing to isabelle@druidebio.fr, specifying your name, delivery address, telephone number, as well as the date and reference of the order. Always anxious to find the best alternative, we opt for an ingenious and respectful wedging of your orders with BlocBox in the most bulky packages.

What is it? BlocBox is an innovative assembly of recycled textile fibres forming an expanding wadding ideal for filling the void and protecting your products from shocks during shipping. BlocBox is eco-responsible, made in France, labelled 100% recycled and recyclable.

The labels: Blocbox meets the requirements of the new independent labels "Protection Efficiency" and "Sustainable Sourcing".

-> The "Protection Efficiency" label aims to transcribe the stresses that packages may undergo in a wide range of situations and according to a meticulous protocol.

-> The "Sustainable Sourcing" label controls the eco-responsibility characteristics of the product, certifying that it has been designed from natural and/or recycled materials.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons. Returns are to be made in their original condition, unopened and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be likely to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return costs are at your expense. In case of exercise of the right of retraction, the company Bio Evidence will proceed to the refund of the paid sums, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment that the one used during the order.
